  1. Wow! Sadly, this speaks to me – never quite understood it before. I’m on the upward incline though…

    Thanks Dr Bev

  2. Wonderful video. Seeing myself in much of it. I started out the year with a promise to move away from this type of high. Yet, I found myself wallowing in it again very recently. Getting it together. Thank you for sharing, Dr.

  3. I will share this with a friend of mine. This video detailed her destructive relationship to the letter. I will encourage her to tune in, or better yet, we will tune in together.

  4. very intriguing, I can pick out a few people in my life it fits with well, including myself… Need to look deeper & start the rewiring process with in my own brain.

  5. Excellent video! This my second time watching it, and I saw somethings this time, that I hadn’t seen the first time around. I know this is going to be a dialogue full of “Aha! moments. The thing that really caught my attention this time, were the characteristics listed as indicators of this condition. It appears that one could be suffering from this condition, and the light not go on because in some respects they see a benefit, such as, being “saved from total destruction”. How could that be? Is it possible that a person could suffer from this condition in part? Is this condition progressive? I can see some of the traits in myself, and also some of my friends, but the traits are so contradictory to everything else about them. This raises the question: Is it the behavior, or is it the context in which the behavior shows itself, that is the problem? There are some behaviors that are seen as healthy or unhealthy, based on who it is that the behavior is coming from. This may have to be a series. I believe there are many people who fall into this group, in degrees, if not full blown.
