Self Love

Womb -GROUND Zero: What I endured while Mother was pregnant with me!

I often find folks “pissed off” at life, parents, and everyone. who come to my office. They cannot find the cause. One person hated her mother. When we did the therapy we found that her mother tried to abort her but botched up the abortion. We discovered that she acquired this hatred because she saw her mother as her potential killer. That was a big surprise when we found that! The next time you experience one of these emotions and you cannot figure out where it came from perhaps it came before your physical birth. You may have had a detached mother or a scared one. You could have had a mother that did not want to get pregnant and resented the father. Maybe your mother was depressed and lonely. Hopefully, you had a happy and content mother who nurtured you in her heart and enjoyed having you in her life.

Another person was angry at her mother also and went into a life of alcoholism and addiction to pain killers. We found that she felt that her mother did not “give a damn” about her as a baby. She felt lonely, abandoned, and then angry at her mother’s selfishness. After the session, the person reported feeling the greatest peace she has ever felt in her life. The war was over.

Another client, explained, “Let’s end co-dependency, dump pride, dump ego, be authentic and genuine. When we hide the truth of who we are, we teach our children to “pretend” as well and they too will end up in unfulfillable, codependent relationships and the cycle continues. END THIS NOW!!  Kids need just ONE truly caring adult or parent. If your spouse is disordered/emotionally abusive/refuses to meet your needs, be honest with your kids and YOURSELF. Save them from SUFFERING!!!!

A practicing midwife, commented, the interaction between mother and baby (fetus) is a known fact. Women need more information. We are now dealing with generational changes to how people deal with stress and other emotions. Another important source of information is the Circle of Security. Women need to be connecting very early to their babies.  The Circle of Security® integrates over fifty years of early childhood attachment research into a video-based intervention to strengthen parents’ ability to observe and improve their care-giving capacity. Attachment theory, through the Circle of Security®, offers clear, individualized pathways for providing a secure relationship between parent and child.
